There are many experienced officers retiring soon, to be replaced by new recruits. What effect will a significant % of police officers that are rookies have on crime? money laundering ? fraud?

How many gangs operating in the past 3 years?
How many members?

There is graffiti on just about every corner( Canada Post boxes for example).This has been overlooked and makes the city look seedy.3 years and still not much improvement.Property owners can't be too happy with graffiti on their buildings when it affects the property values.Will they be getting a discount on their taxes?

Officers keep doing the same work over and over with a lot of the same violent individuals on catch and release, filling out a blizzard of paperwork.The bully pulpit should have been used long ago, not just in a hot off the press crime package a month before an election.Are there enough experienced Crowns? support staff? Sentencing?
