The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing -- Edmund Burke

Bob MacDonald-too bad there weren't more like him- instead we get spoon fed prima donnas pretending to be journalists-they wouldn't know an
investigative story if they tripped over one. Otherwise the Liberals would have been out a couple of elections ago.
"The clash we are witnessing around the world is not a clash of religions, or a clash of civilizations. ... It is a clash between civilization and backwardness, between the civilized and the primitive, between barbarity and rationality. It is a clash between freedom and oppression, between democracy and dictatorship. It is a clash between human rights, on the one hand, and the violation of these rights, on the other. It is a clash between those who treat women like beasts, and those who treat them like human beings. What we see today is not a clash of civilizations. Civilizations do not clash, but compete.”
Their journalistic standards?? were so high they wouldn't publish the Danish cartoons but they did publish this. I'm sure they are quite proud
smalldeadanimals.com also posted about this.

In light of the recent Fraser Institute report on Immigration- this should be a refresher course on the Millennium bomber
Fraser Institute Report-Canada becoming a haven for terrorists...
Click on the immigration form in this chapter that Ressam filled out- that piece of paper was all that was protecting Canadians-pretty flimsy
The form that Ressam filled out upon entry to Canada....
As they say, read it all- all the chapters -and then wonder why the Liberals underfunded and undermanned the RCMP and CSIS during their tenure. For example CSIS had about 2800 people in the early '90's and ended up with 2000.That's undermanning and underfunding no matter how they want to spin it.Also note that it was an alert, experienced U.S. Customs officer that caught Ressam ,not the computers.
The Seattle Times did an excellent job on this.

Canadians expect news stories to be accurate...not innuendo, not hatchet jobs, not opinion pieces ,not embellishing the truth-accuracy-without
accuracy ,you might as well be fronting for Pravda. If MacDonald wants to continue with the "Get Bush " approach to reporting, let him do it on his own dime not on the Canadian taxpayers' dime.
"In exchange for a bonus of between $200 and $300 a month, Liu would promise to fix the results of the refugee hearing in exchange for a payment.
In one case, the kickback sought was $12,000. In another it was $11,000.
Liu's duty was also to remit envelopes of cash to Wong, who in turn would meet an IRB judge at a cafe to hand over the money."
"Remember when we heard about “The New World Order”? Few of us envisioned a world order straight from the gates of hell. On that beautiful September day in 2001, the sky a deep cerulean blue, we watched bodies, people, people like you and me, leaping, jumping arm-in-arm, sailing through space. We never saw them land."

Adding to #3 would be beefing up Homeland security agencies such as ICE and the Coast Guard (which was one of the few agencies working well in the first hours after Katrina)
Of course the Liberal appointed Ethics Commissioner thoroughly investigated the Belinda cross over??
