Imagine.......dreamers..........what about the seniors on fixed incomes who have to pay higher property taxes even though they lived in their houses

for 30 years? They can't fix the potholes, get a handle on crime,rip you off on parking(if you are 10 minutes late for your expired meter,parking enforcement has already paid you a visit) can't remove the graffiti in a timely manner,traffic is in gridlock- but they can dream.... at your expense(with a 7% raise).
