Sign of rot.............

The model for cleaning up crime was out long ago. The politicos that are so concerned about the rights of criminals and their background don't seem to be concerned about the rights of law abiding citizens to not become victims in the first place . They have chosen the ostrich and buck passing methods towards the major criminals which in essence meant doing zilch.The track record is out there.

If they had any common sense, they would have booted out the drug dealers from any large housing complex,made sure they didn't return as a first step. At least the rest of the law abiding folks would be able to live without fear in their own apartments.That's where they could have started -long ago, but they didn't .Now they're into the meeting phase, a meeting here, a meeting there,anything as long as it doesn't involve action.The bandits don't worry about meetings or laws.
