More interested in criminals' welfare than in the protection of society.The usual all talk, no action-let's have another report?Remember crime's down?

"The Toronto politicians also backed away from the get-tough legal approach some had favoured before the meeting, after learning from Cotler and Public Safety Minister Anne McLellan that harsher measures and crackdowns could do little to address the problem. McLellan, in fact, told them that there's no evidence that gun smuggling is on the rise, even though smuggled weapons have been blamed for some of the crimes committed in Toronto this summer."
