Terrorists want to kill anybody to instill fear. That's the objective of terrorists. You either roll over or you defeat them. Playing into their hands by emboldening them, with stories like this, get even more innocents killed beause instead of taking the wind out of the sails of the terrorists and their supporters they portray a sense of defeatism in the west which recharges the batteries of terrorists.

Maybe some in the media should get a spine.There are troops in harms way, there are innocents who get killed just going to work, -stop making excuses for terrorists . Why don't they concentrate on the rote brainwashing of hatred that is spewed by fire breathers worldwide on a daily basis.Why aren't they instilling love, harmony and peace in their disciples instead? When your life is in danger , you gravitate to a leader-in the present circumstances Bush. Since Bush isn't the media's first choice , they try to undermine him and thus embolden the terrorists who begin to believe they are making headway and more innocent people get killed. Appeasement doesn't work.
