When it comes to integrity in Canada, it looks like it's in a free fall-maybe if Canadians believe politicians can be fast and loose, ............

.......they can follow their example.

Police allege the accused used her position to obtain personal information from unsuspecting coworkers and then used this information, without their knowledge, to facilitate a group sponsorship of her family members to Canada. The RCMP initiated this investigation in October 2004 as a result of a request from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Immigration officials became suspicious of this matter after two separate, similar sponsorship applications were received. The second application identified sponsors with names and addresses that were variations of the first application. As a result, the first sponsorship application was placed on hold and is currently under review.
